About Rich

Rich is Royal Ciancanelli's fifth-born son and has been with Royalty Carpet since 2006. He started as a cleaning technician, moved into the office to answer phones and run the cleaning side, and today he manages the day-to-day operations of the business.

When you call about a cleaning, a flood, or a floor that needs attention, Rich is usually the one who scopes it, schedules the crew, and makes sure it's done to the standard his father set in 1978. Ask for him by name.
